Project Partners have been involved in structuring the UHPC model and are responsible for the funding and roll out of the Primary Care projects in Ireland.

Their brief from UHPC was to advance the projects through to planning and full project implementation stage. Structure the development cash flows and project templates together with signing up the stakeholders to the operating agreements.

PPL have a team of PMI accredited project managers that all have experience in delivering healthcare projects from initial concepts through to practical completion together with. They deal with all aspects of the building life cycle management and building efficiencies that ensure the most economical operating costs are achieved.
