- That the methodology deployed to monitor the key performance indices will be totally transparent and measured against recognised best practice against all of the leading healthcare institutions worldwide.
- That the operating framework structures are designed around future proofing the systems and hospital infrastructure so as to ensure that the operating framework can be extended with significant cost savings for the stakeholders.
- To develop the entire area of succession planning so that where possible UHPC can train and develop local skilled clinicians and management teams to fulfil the roles and responsibilities required to manage and maintain the operating framework structures once the project has been delivered and is performing to plan.
